My name is Jonathan Manual Fox, and I am trying to
find out information about my roots.
My grandmother told me that the father of my
grandfather, Abraham Manual Fox, who grew up in
Brooklyn, NY, was the son of a taylor from Dembitz.
That's all I know, except that the family ran a store
in Brooklyn. This must have been around the turn of
the century.
My grandfather became an economist who died in China
during World War II as the American representative of
the China Stabilization Board.
I was so surprised and gratified to find your WEB
pages! I had decided to try the Internet to find a map
with Dembitz on it.
